1.Enhancing security and data protection by providing optimal protection for documents against loss or damage or unauthorized access through advanced security technology. 2.Establishing an electronic filling and archiving system, developing various types of documents and codes, and managing records and indexing lists. 3. Completing workflow management and electronic forms as well as tracking and storing documents. 4. Linking documents and archives with several electronic system in the University such as the BARQ system and the enterprise resource planning system (ERP). 5.
