1. Communicate with national documents center with the aim to identify a business plan to activate the center and recognize the conclusions of colleagues regarding works, plans and taken instructions at this regard.
  2. Communicating with a company specialized in the field of documents and archives in order to learn about the experiences of other parties, and the extent of usage and application in the field of work of the center in coordination with the National Center for Documents and Archives.
  3. Remote meeting with the directors of document and archive centers in Saudi universities, whereas their work mechanisms were reviewed, and experiences were exchanged in this field through the instructions regulating the work of the centers.
  4. Obtaining all guides of related procedures and organizing instructions to the work of document centers and archives in governmental departments.
  5. Formation of the interim committee to identify the necessary recommendations to activate the role of the documents and archives center in the university, according to its approved recommendations by His Excellency the University President, as follows:

First: Approval of the structure of the center according to form (B) contained in the organizational arrangements for Documents and Archives Centers issued by Minister Resolution No. (9) Dated 1/2/1438H.

Second: Construction branches for the center in each of sectors of Rafha and Turaif, directly affiliated to the Center of Documents and Archives at the university, provided that the branch is managed by qualified persons in the field of administrative organization and library work.

Third: Construction concerned units with documents and archives in the various sectors of the university, and directly affiliated to the Documents and Archives Center at the university, and to have the necessary qualifications to work in the affairs of documents and archives and have a field in management and library work.

Fourth: Recommending the formation of the permanent committee for documents and archives at the university and the working committees in the center that emanate from it
